Welcome to KELT AC SERVICES. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1 . Services We provide AC Installation, Uninstallation, Repair, Gas Refill, Water Leakage Repair, Dry Service and Jet Service.
2 . Inspection & Charges Service charges and spare part costs will be informed after inspection. Additional work, if required, will be chargeable.
3 . Payment must be made immediately after completion of service.
4 . Warranty Policy • AC Repair Service • AC Installation – 30 Days Workmanship Warranty • Water Leakage Repair – 15 Days Service Warranty • Gas Refill – Warranty valid only for the same repaired leakage point.
5 . Warranty Not Covered Warranty will not apply in case of: • New faults after service • Indoor/Outdoor coil leakage • Copper pipe damage • Rat bite damage • Rust or corrosion • Physical damage • Voltage fluctuation • Electrical, PCB or compressor faults • Service or repair by another technician after our service
6 . All spare parts are chargeable . Spare part warranty will be as per manufacturer policy.
7 . Cancellation Policy Service may be cancelled before technician arrival. Visit charges may apply if the technician has already reached the site.
8 . Limitation of Liability KELT AC SERVICES shall not be responsible for indirect losses, pre-existing defects, manufacturer defects, or damages beyond the service invoice value.
9 . Warranty is valid only against the original invoice.
10. Gas Refill (same repaired leak point): 30 Days Warranty
11 . Water Leakage Repair: 15 Days Warranty
12. Any repair or service performed by a third party will void this warranty.
13. Jurisdiction All disputes shall be subject to Ahmedabad, Gujarat jurisdiction only.
